Reuan Thai Villa Phuket boasts over 2,500 square meters of living space with 13 suite-size bedrooms, a large infinity-edged pool, entertainment room with pool table, covered BBQ area, fitness room, and meeting room making this holiday retreat ideal for families and large groups for weddings, business retreats and more.
An exceptional & luxury villa in Patong Beach Phuket, at just a 3-minute drive from the center of Patong. We host your business and personal events and can accommodate large groups (up to 30 people) who are attending your family gathering, your wedding, company events, anniversary or birthday party.
Our Phuket party villa experienced team will also be at hand to help arrange any outside activities, boat and yacht charters, golf and various adventure activities such as go karting, quad biking, rollerball, shooting and elephant trekking tours.
Rates And Special Offers
An initial deposit of 30% of the Villa’s total rental rate is paid with the signing of this agreement, or confirmation by email, which then confirms the booking. No contract will exist with the Villa until we receive the mentioned funds of the deposit and have accepted this agreement. If we do not receive the funds within five (5) banking days after the booking, Reuan Thai Villa may cancel the reservation.
We require the remaining balance to be paid at check-in on the date of arrival. If thei Villa does not receive the balance on the check-in date, the management of the Villa reserves the right to cancel the booking, where cancellation charges will apply.
A security deposit of ฿ 50,000 is payable on arrival, as stipulated in the rental agreement.

Notice re under occupancy bookings (under 13 bedrooms): Should the villa be rented for under 11 bedrooms the unused rooms will be closed off, you will not be sharing the property with other guests.
Maximum occupancy of 2 persons per room (total 26 persons).
1 baby cot available free of charge.
Check in time 14:00pm. Check out time 12:00 midday. Early check in/late check out is available for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Payment: 50% deposit required at time of booking, balance to be paid 15 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal/credit card.
